14-day refund window

If DocSet Generator doesn't work for your use case, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no hoops — just tell us briefly what didn't work so we can improve the product.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
Include your order number (it's in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email).
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your license terminates and you must delete all copies of the software, per the Terms & License Agreement.
