Terms & License Agreement

These terms govern your purchase and use of DocSet Generator ("the Software"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to them. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, "you" means that entity.

1. License grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on machines owned or controlled by you (or your organization, if the purchase was made on its behalf) for internal business or personal use. This is a license, not a sale of the Software itself.

2. Generated output is yours

Documents generated by the Software belong to you. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including as training, evaluation, or test data for commercial machine-learning products, and you may distribute the generated documents freely. No attribution is required.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the Software itself or your download link.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Software or its output to commit fraud, forge real documents, impersonate real persons or organizations, or otherwise break the law. All generated data is synthetic; presenting it as genuine records is prohibited.

4. Purchases and delivery

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The Software is delivered as a digital download immediately after purchase. Updates are provided free of charge to existing customers via the original purchase link. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Synthetic documents are generated for testing and training purposes; we do not warrant that they replicate any specific real-world document format exactly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the Software. Sections 2, 5, and 6 survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your license.
